Team Nelson County (TNC)
Pete Trzop is blessed to be married to the lovely Chasity Ann for the past 10 years. They have a daughter named Reagan and a son James Wilson. Pete served in the Kentucky Army National Guard and United States Air Force for almost 12 years before becoming a Disabled American Veteran. Over his professional career, he spent a good amount of time volunteering with various organizations to include youth sports. His focus in entering public service again is to ensure open and ethical government that is responsive to all People of Nelson County.
Chasity Trzop is a native of Bardstown, she is the daughter of Melvin and Martha (Sissy) Mattingly and the sister to Nicole (Mattingly) Bowling. She comes from a large family, her mother is one of twelve and her father is one of seven children.
Peter Trzop Sr is a retired military officer with 20 years of service in the United States Army. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, and lived in various parts of Kentucky during his childhood. His father, James Trzop, helped to establish several American Greeting operations in Kentucky. He was fortunate during his military time to live all across the United States and Germany. Pete brings to the campaign a rich understanding of public service, along with business expertise with a speciality in international business. He currently is a supervisor at a medium sized company in Bardstown. Barbara and Pete are the proud parents of Pete and Allison.
Mike is a lifetime resident of Nelson County and graduate of Bardstown High School. While playing soccer in high school, Mike and Pete met each other. This relationship was rekindled when both volunteered to coach in the Nelson County Youth Soccer leagues. Mike is a seven year veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard. He attended Sullivan University and became a freelancer web developer. Mike is the proud father of Sami, Michael, JJ, Matthew, Krystin. Mike is married to Teresa.
George Fisher built his first darkroom when he was twelve years old. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Media Studies at Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Over time, his career progressed from portrait photographer to Forox and Marron-Carrol graphic camera operator at Maritz Communications. For several years he was Color Timer for Monaco Labs in San Francisco, working on footage from Industrial Light & Magic, Pixar, Amblin, (colossal) Pictures, and Matte World, among other studios. In 1998, he earned a further Associate degree in Computer Graphic Design at Louisville Technical Institute. After working for Sullivan University's advertising department for several years, he started his own design and layout business. He currently teaches Graphic Design classes at Brown Mackie College while continuing his own Graphic and Instructional Design business.
Reagan "Reago" Trzop is a high energy pre-K student currently attending the Bardstown 4 year old program. Reago loves to do gymnastics, play soccer, read books, and sing along with her favorite rock stars. Her favorite color is pink. She stars in several Youtube videos, along with being a spokeperson on children issues for Team Trzop. Chaplin
