After marrying her eighth grade classmate Peter she followed his career in the Air Force from Texas, England, Florida and back to her home town in Kentucky. Chasity first obtained her bachelor degree in Business and Healthcare Administration and began working in the staffing and human resource field which she still keeps a strong connection with in her current career. An opportunity to work for the federal government created many opportunities which included interaction with foreign governments as a Personal Financial Consultant and also as a Career Transition Specialist which allowed her to assist departing military members during their professional transition into the "civilian workforce". After obtaining a Master Degree in Human Relations she had an opportunity to work with dual diagnosed adolescents (mental health and chemical dependency) and their families as a family therapist.

Upon returning to Kentucky in 2006 to be closer to family Chasity immediately obtained employment with Brown Mackie College Louisville as their Director of Career Services and Executive Committee member. As their Director of Career Services she continues to grow and contribute to the college where she consults with graduates venturing in their field of study seeking careers, professional connections, and networking opportunities. The school has seen growth from 250 students to nearly 2000 in a 3 1/2 year period and Chasity is proud to be part of that growth as a leader and college administrator.
